Why an AUD account changes things
Plenty of casinos accept Australians and then quietly charge them for the privilege. Your deposit gets converted into US dollars or euros on the way in, your balance sits in a foreign currency, and your withdrawal is converted back on the way out. Two conversions, two spreads, and a balance you can never quite reconcile against your bank statement.
We do not do that. VegasNow accounts are held in Australian dollars. A A$50 deposit shows up as A$50. Stakes, wins, bonus values and withdrawal minimums are all quoted in the currency you earn in, so the figure in the cashier is the figure your bank will see. The only exception is a crypto deposit, where the network sets the rate at the moment of the transfer and we credit the AUD equivalent.
It also means the numbers on this site are the real numbers for you. A$20 minimum deposit. A$7.50 stake ceiling while a bonus runs. A$30 crypto withdrawal minimum, A$50 by bank transfer. Nothing needs translating, and nothing shifts between the page and the payment.

PayID, POLi, Neosurf and the rest
PayID is the one most of our Australian players settle on. You already have it: it is the overlay on the New Payments Platform that lets your bank send money to an email address or a mobile number instead of a BSB and account number. From the VegasNow cashier it takes a few seconds, it works outside banking hours, and the funds are in the lobby before you have finished switching back from your banking app. Minimum A$20.
POLi is the other local favourite, and it suits people who would rather not type card numbers anywhere. It opens a secure session with your internet banking, you approve the payment there, and it reports back to us. Also A$20, also instant.
Neosurf is the privacy option. Buy a voucher with cash at a newsagent or convenience store, enter the code at the cashier, and your bank statement never mentions a casino. It carries the lowest entry point on the site at A$10, and wins can be returned to a Neosurf voucher from A$30.
Cards, Visa and Mastercard, work from A$20. Be aware that some Australian banks decline gambling transactions on credit cards as a matter of policy, which is their call and not something we can override. If a card is refused, PayID is the quickest alternative. Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin round out the list for anyone who already holds them, and they are the fastest route back out.
| Method | Min | Payout time | Weekly limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin / ETH / LTC | A$30 | Same day, often under 2 hours | A$20,000 |
| Bank transfer | A$50 | 1 to 3 business days | A$10,000 |
| Neosurf voucher return | A$30 | Same day | A$5,000 |
The paperwork, once
Before your first payout leaves us, we complete a one time identity check. We ask for a government photo ID and a document showing your residential address, such as a utility bill or a bank statement. That is a standard obligation for a licensed operator, not a hurdle we invented, and once it is cleared you never repeat it.
Our advice is to do it on day one rather than on payday. Upload both documents from your account page while nothing is pending, and your first withdrawal becomes a simple queue job instead of a conversation. The most common delay we see is not the check itself; it is a payment method registered in a different name from the account holder. Keep those matching and the whole thing is unremarkable.

Help in your time zone, whichever one that is
Australia spans three hours of clock time in summer and the rest of the world is mostly asleep when Perth is having dinner. That is why our live chat is staffed 24 hours a day, every day, rather than during someone else's office hours. There is no overnight window where a question waits for a European morning.
Chat is the fast lane for anything happening right now: a deposit that has not appeared, a game that will not load, a limit you want changed. Email is better for anything with attachments, including identity documents and detailed account queries, and it reaches the same team.
| How to reach us | When | Best used for |

Our licence, and what it does not do
VegasNow operates under a Curaçao licence, held by company number 160603. We say that plainly on every page because you deserve to know who you are playing with and under which rules.
Here is what that licence covers. It is the authority under which we are permitted to run an online casino at all. It obliges us to run games as the studios supply them, to keep player funds in order, to apply identity and anti money laundering checks, to honour the terms we publish, and to operate a complaints process that our licensing authority can look into if we and a player cannot agree.
Here is what it does not cover, and this part matters. It is not an Australian licence. No Australian regulator supervises our lobby, approves our terms or sets our payout timings. If a dispute goes past our own support team, it escalates through our Curaçao licensing framework, not to an Australian ombudsman or consumer body. Australian online gambling law restricts what operators may offer into this country, and that is a matter for you to weigh up for yourself before you play; we are not in a position to give you legal advice about your own circumstances.
We would rather be straight about the boundary than let a licence logo imply protections it does not carry. Everything we do promise is written into the terms and conditions, and the way we treat your personal information is set out in the privacy policy.
18+, and the help that exists here
Gambling is entertainment with a cost attached. It is never a way to make money, and we will never suggest otherwise.
Our responsible gambling tools →Strictly 18 and over
You must be 18 or older to open or use a VegasNow account. We verify age, and we close accounts found to be underage and return the balance.
Gambling Help Online
Free, confidential counselling for anyone in Australia, by phone or web chat, 24 hours a day. Call 1800 858 858.
BetStop
The national self exclusion register. One registration blocks you from licensed Australian online wagering operators for the period you choose.
Tools in your account
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, short cooling off periods and full self exclusion, all from the account menu or via chat.
Habits that keep it fun
Set a deposit limit before your first session, not after a bad one. Decide what the night is worth and treat that figure as the price of the entertainment, the same way you would a concert ticket. Never deposit money that has a job already, and never deposit to win back what the last session took.
Turn on a session reminder so the clock exists. Keep gambling out of the hours when you are tired, upset or drinking. If you find yourself hiding how much you are playing, or borrowing to fund it, that is the point to stop and talk to someone on 1800 858 858 rather than to open another tab. Nothing in our terms penalises you for closing an account or taking a break, and our team will action either one without an argument.
Ready to play in your own currency?
Open an account in about a minute, deposit from A$20 with PayID or POLi, and your welcome package attaches itself with no code to find.
Australian player questions
Can Australians open a VegasNow account?
Yes. Australian players are welcome, accounts are held in Australian dollars, and the cashier is built around PayID, POLi and Neosurf. You must be 18 or over.
Is VegasNow licensed in Australia?
No. We hold a Curaçao licence under company number 160603. That is not an Australian licence, and no Australian regulator supervises our games or our terms. We set out the difference above.
Will my deposit be converted into another currency?
Not with AUD methods. PayID, POLi, Neosurf and card deposits are held in Australian dollars. A crypto deposit is credited at the AUD equivalent at the time it arrives.
Which deposit method is fastest from an Australian bank?
PayID. It settles in seconds through the New Payments Platform, works outside banking hours and starts at A$20.
How quickly can I get my winnings?
Crypto payouts usually go out the same day, often inside two hours, from A$30. Bank transfers start at A$50 and take one to three business days.
What if my bank blocks the payment?
Some Australian banks decline gambling transactions on credit cards. That is their policy, not ours. PayID, POLi or a Neosurf voucher will normally go through.
What support do I get late at night?
The same support you get at midday. Live chat and email are both staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, wherever in Australia you are sitting.
How do I take a break?
Ask in live chat or use the tools in your account: deposit limits, a cooling off period or full self exclusion. For a nationwide block, register with BetStop.
