Your VegasNow login, and what to do when it will not budge

Signing in takes two fields and a tap. When it does not, the cause is nearly always one of a handful of ordinary things, and this page walks through every one of them in the order worth trying.

Signing in

Open VegasNow, tap the sign in button at the top of any page, and enter the email address you registered with plus your password. You land back wherever you were, with your balance, bonus progress and free spin count exactly as you left them. There is no separate mobile password and no second account for the phone: one set of details opens the same account on every screen you own.

  • Go to the VegasNow site yourself, by typing the address or tapping the icon you saved, rather than following a link from an email or a message.
  • Check the padlock in the address bar before you type anything, and check that the address really is ours and not a near miss with a swapped letter.
  • Enter your registered email address, not a nickname or a player number.
  • Type your password rather than pasting it from a message, and use the eye icon to confirm it before submitting if you are on a phone keyboard.
  • If a verification code is enabled on your account, have your phone within reach, because codes expire quickly.

Nothing about your balance or your games lives on the device itself, which is why signing in from a borrowed laptop or a different phone shows you everything intact. It is also why signing out properly on a shared device actually matters. Our mobile page covers saving a home screen icon, which is the fastest route back in on a handset you own.

Security

Keeping the account yours

A few habits do more for your security than any setting we could switch on for you.

🔐

A password used nowhere else

Reused passwords are how most accounts get taken, because a leak at an unrelated site hands somebody your details. Use a long one that is unique to VegasNow, and let a password manager remember it so you do not have to.

📱

Two step verification

Where we offer a second check on your account, switch it on. A one time code sent to your phone means a stolen password on its own is not enough to get in, which is the single biggest upgrade available to you.

🚪

Sign out on shared devices

Closing the tab is not signing out. On a family laptop or a work machine, use the sign out button and decline the browser prompt to save your password.

📧

Watch where links come from

We will never message you asking for your password, and no VegasNow agent needs it to help you. A message that asks for one is not from us, however convincing the logo looks.

🔔

Read the alerts we send

Password changes, new device sign ins and payout requests generate an email. If one arrives that you did not cause, change your password and tell our help desk immediately.

🧾

Keep your details current

An out of date email address or mobile number is what turns a simple password reset into a slow one. Update them in the account menu whenever they change.

Troubleshooting

When the sign in will not take

Work down this list in order. The overwhelming majority of access problems are solved somewhere in the first four items, and the ones that are not usually turn out to be a browser quirk rather than anything to do with the account itself.

  • Wrong email: try the other address you use. Signing up with a work email and trying to sign in with a personal one is the most common mix up we see.
  • Caps lock and autocorrect: passwords are case sensitive, and a phone keyboard will happily capitalise the first letter for you without asking.
  • Stale saved password: if your browser is filling the field for you, clear it and type the password by hand. Saved entries go out of date after a change.
  • Forgotten password: use the reset link under the form. A message arrives within a few minutes and the link inside it is single use and time limited.
  • No reset email: look in spam, promotions and any filtered folder, then confirm you are checking the address you actually registered with.
  • Too many attempts: repeated failures temporarily lock sign in as a precaution. Wait a short while, reset the password, then try once calmly.
  • Account locked or restricted: if we have paused the account, an email explains why. Reply to it or open live chat, because another sign in attempt will not change anything.
  • Time out or self exclusion active: a break you set yourself cannot be ended early. That is the point of it, and no agent can override it for you.

Resetting a password properly

Tap the reset link on the sign in form and enter your registered email address. We send a single use link that expires after a short window, which is why requesting three resets in a row leaves you with two dead links and one live one. Use the newest message in your inbox and ignore the earlier ones.

Choose a new password that is long rather than clever. A short string with a symbol wedged into it is weaker than four unrelated words strung together, and far harder to remember. Do not recycle a password from another site, and do not build it from your birthday or your surname, both of which somebody looking at your account already knows.

Once the change is saved, every device is signed out and you sign back in with the new details. That is useful in itself: if you ever suspect somebody else has been in your account, a password change is also an eviction. Follow it up with a message to our help desk so we can look over recent activity with you.

Browser problems that look like login problems

Sometimes the password is right and the page is the problem. A sign in button that does nothing, a form that reloads empty or a lobby that appears half built are browser symptoms, not account symptoms. The order to try is simple: reload the page, update the browser, then clear the stored site data for VegasNow and sign in fresh. That last step clears out the old session token that is usually the culprit.

Extensions are the other frequent offender. Aggressive ad blockers, script blockers and privacy add ons can stop the parts of the page that handle sign in from loading at all. Open a private window, where extensions are usually disabled, and if everything works there you have found your answer. Allowing our site in the extension settings fixes it permanently.

Private browsing has its own catch worth knowing about. It discards cookies when you close the window, so you will be signing in again every single time and any device you had trusted will no longer be recognised. Blocking cookies entirely stops sign in working at all, since the session has nowhere to live. A business or school network that filters gambling sites will also block us, and no amount of password resetting will help with that one.

Still stuck? Open live chat and tell us what you see, which browser and handset you are on, and what you have already tried. That last detail saves everybody a round of questions and usually gets the problem sorted in one conversation.

Login questions

The access questions our help desk answers most often.

I have forgotten my password. What now?

Use the reset link on the sign in form, enter your registered email address and open the newest message we send. The link is single use and expires, so request it only when you are ready to use it.

Why is my account locked?

Either too many failed sign in attempts, which clears by itself after a short wait, or a hold we have placed on the account. If it is the second, an email explains it and live chat can take you through it.

Can I have more than one VegasNow account?

No. One account per person, and duplicates get closed. If you cannot access your original account, talk to us rather than registering a new one.

Is two step verification available?

Where an extra verification step is offered on your account, you will find it in the account security menu, and we recommend switching it on. A code sent to your phone makes a stolen password useless on its own.

I am away from Australia. Will I still get in?

Access can depend on where you are connecting from, since our licence does not cover every country. Do not use a VPN to work around it, because that breaches our terms and can hold up a payout.

Someone else may have used my account. What should I do?

Change your password immediately, which signs out every device, then contact our help desk straight away. We can look over recent activity, pause the account and secure it with you.
