VegasNow privacy policy
We hold your details because a licensed casino cannot run without them, not because they are worth something to us on the side. Here is everything we collect, every reason for it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
- A$7,500 welcome package
- 200 free spins
- 24/7 live support
What we collect, and why each piece is there
We try to ask for the minimum that still lets us run a safe, licensed casino and pay you promptly. In practice that falls into four groups.
Who you are. Your name, date of birth, address, email and mobile number arrive when you open your account. Date of birth proves you are over 18, the address decides which rules apply, and the email and mobile are how we reach you about a payout or a security event rather than how we fill your inbox.
Your money. Deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits and the payment method behind each one. We never store a full card number. Card details go straight to our payment processor, and what comes back to us is a token plus the last four digits, enough to recognise your card and nowhere near enough to use it.
Your play. Games opened, stakes, outcomes, session lengths and the limits you have set. This is the record we check when you query a round, and the data that lets us notice play drifting into a pattern worth a quiet word about.
Your device. IP address, rough location, browser and operating system. It is how we spot an unfamiliar log-in, keep one person from running several accounts, and make sure the mobile lobby renders properly on whatever you are holding.
The reasons we are allowed to hold it
Every piece of data above exists for one of these five reasons, and nothing is collected without one.
Our agreement with you
Running your account, settling bets, crediting bonuses and sending your winnings is the deal you entered into when you joined.
Licence obligations
Our Curaçao licence requires age checks, identity records and transaction histories. Those are not optional for us or for you.
Keeping the place safe
Spotting stolen cards, duplicate accounts, bot software and laundering attempts protects every honest player in the lobby.
Messages you asked for
Promotional email and SMS go only to players who opted in, and one click switches them off for good.
Making the site better
Totals on which pages and games get used tell us what to fix next, with no name attached.

Who else sees your details
We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. The only outside parties who receive it are the ones we cannot operate without, and each is contracted to use it on our instructions alone.
Payment providers handle deposits and payouts, so your name, the amount and your banking or wallet details pass to them. Verification partners check your uploaded ID and proof of address against official records, which is why a document clears in hours rather than days. Game studios see an anonymous player number and your stakes, never your name. Hosting, email and live chat providers hold what they need to keep the site up. And where our regulator, a court or a law enforcement agency makes a lawful request, we comply.
Some partners sit outside Australia. Where that happens we use only providers whose protections match what you would expect at home, backed by contract.
See payment methodsHow long we keep it, and how it is protected
Anti money laundering rules oblige us to keep account, identity and transaction records for a set period after an account closes, so closing yours does not wipe the file instantly. Expect the core record to be held for several years, while marketing permissions drop the moment you withdraw them and uploaded ID images go once they have served their purpose.
Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit, stored data sits encrypted at rest, and access inside our business is limited to the staff whose job needs it, with every look recorded. Passwords are hashed, so even we cannot read yours, which is why support will never ask. For an extra lock on the door, turn on two step log-in from your account settings.
Rights you can use today
Send any of these to our team and we answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
- See your file. A copy of everything we hold, play and payment history included.
- Fix it. A misspelled name or an old address takes minutes, and should be sorted before your first payout.
- Delete it. We erase whatever the licence does not compel us to keep, and tell you what has to stay and for how long.
- Stop the marketing. Opt out of promotional email and SMS whenever you like. Payout and security messages still reach you.
- Take it with you. Your details in a portable file you can hand to someone else.
- Object or complain. Push back on a use you dislike, and if our answer disappoints you, raise it with the data protection authority where you live.
Privacy questions, answered
The things players most often want to be sure about.
Do you sell my information?
No, and we have no plan to. Your details go only to the payment, verification, hosting and support partners listed above, each bound by contract to our instructions.
Why do you need my ID at all?
Our licence requires us to confirm that the person being paid is the person who played, and that they are over 18. It is a one-time check and it is what stops someone else cashing out your balance.
Who do I write to about my data?
Start with 24 hour live chat or our support email. Anything a chat agent cannot settle goes to the team that looks after data requests, and you will hear back inside 30 days.
