Three things to know in ten seconds

The short version, before we explain any of it in detail.

✅

No code exists

There is no VegasNow welcome code, so there is nothing you can miss out on by not having one. The offer is attached to your deposit, not to a string of characters.

⚡

It applies on deposit

Fund your account with A$20 or more and the match arrives with that payment, spins included. Your balance reflects both the moment the deposit clears.

Ignore third-party lists

Any site selling or listing a secret VegasNow code is making it up. Our offers are published in your account and on this site, nowhere else.

Why we run the welcome package without a code

Promo codes exist for one practical reason: they let a casino separate one group of players from another. A code posted in a newsletter identifies people who opened that newsletter, and a code handed to a sports club identifies people who came through that club. The code is a label, not the offer itself.

Our welcome package needs no label, because it is open to every new Australian player who signs up and funds an account. There is nobody to separate out. A A$20 deposit is the only qualifying condition, so attaching a code would do nothing except give you one more thing to get wrong at the cashier. We would rather the offer simply worked.

That is also why you will not find a VegasNow code in a search result, a forum thread or a video description. Nothing to find is different from well hidden. If a page claims to hold an exclusive code for our welcome package, the page is wrong, and the most generous reading is that someone copied it from a casino that does use codes and swapped the name.

How the welcome offer attaches to your deposit

The mechanics are worth knowing, because once you have seen them you will understand why no typing is involved. Our cashier records the deposit, checks it against the welcome steps still open on your account, and credits the matching bonus and spin batch straight away. Nothing is held for manual approval and nothing needs confirming by email.

  1. Create your account. Registration asks for an email address, a password you choose and a tick to say you are over 18. Use your real name and details, because they have to match the ID you upload later.
  2. Open the cashier. Choose PayID, POLi, Neosurf, a Visa or Mastercard, or Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin. Our payments page lists the minimum for each one.
  3. Deposit A$20 or more. That is the qualifying threshold for every step of the package. Deposit less and the payment still lands in your balance, but no match attaches to it.
  4. Watch the balance update. The match appears alongside your deposit and the first batch of 20 free spins is ready to use. No code screen, no waiting room.
  5. Repeat for steps two and three. Your next two qualifying deposits pick up the 150% and 200% matches whenever you are ready for them.

If a deposit clears and the bonus does not appear, do not deposit a second time hoping it will catch. Open live chat instead. We can see the payment, see which step your account is on, and sort it out in a couple of minutes. Depositing again usually just complicates the fix.

Where a code field would sit at the cashier

We are not going to pretend codes could never feature at VegasNow. A seasonal campaign, a come-back offer for a player who has been away, or a one-off promotion built with a partner could all use one in future, and that is normal practice across the industry.

If that happens, the field appears on the deposit screen in the cashier, directly under your payment method and above the confirm button, labelled for what it is. You would enter the code before confirming the payment, not after, because the cashier applies the offer at the moment the deposit is processed. The screen then shows the bonus you are about to receive, so you can check it reads correctly before committing.

On a phone the layout stacks rather than sitting side by side, so the field may be one scroll below the amount. Everything else behaves identically in our mobile web app, which is the same cashier in a smaller frame.

Until a campaign like that runs, the deposit screen has no code field at all, and its absence is not a fault to report.

Spotting a fake code, and what it costs you

Fake code lists are an old trick with a simple engine behind them. A page collects search traffic from people hunting for a bargain, publishes a plausible-looking string, and earns from the clicks whether the string works or not. Nobody checks it afterwards, so these lists sit there for years growing more wrong by the month.

Three signs give them away almost every time. The first is a code presented without the offer it belongs to: a real campaign always states the percentage, the ceiling, the minimum deposit and the wagering, because a code on its own tells you nothing. The second is urgency with no date, as in offers that expire today, every day, forever. The third is a code that is supposedly exclusive but appears identically on a dozen other pages.

The real cost of chasing them is rarely the wasted minute. It is the deposit people make while trying to force a code to work, then a second one at a different amount in case the minimum was the problem. That is money put in for the wrong reason, which is exactly what we would like our players to avoid.

Worse, some of those pages are not just inaccurate, they are a pitch for a login page that is not ours. Always reach VegasNow through our own address and our own sign-in page, and never enter your password on a site that arrived via a code list. If a page asks for your account details before showing you an offer, close it.

  • Our offers live in your account and on this site, and nowhere else
  • A real campaign always publishes its full terms beside the code
  • We will never ask for your password, card PIN or wallet seed phrase
  • Unsure whether a message is from us? Ask live chat before clicking anything
  • Deposit the amount you planned, not the amount a code list suggests
No code, no fuss

Your A$7,500 package starts with a A$20 deposit

Sign up, then fund your balance from A$20 using PayID, POLi, a Neosurf voucher, a card or crypto, and the 100% match plus 100 free spins attach themselves. Nothing to type, nothing to remember.

What to do if an offer does not land

Most missing bonuses turn out to be one of a handful of ordinary things, and you can check them yourself in under a minute. Was the deposit at least A$20? Is the step you expected still open, or did you already use it on an earlier payment? Is another bonus still running on your account, since only one can be active at a time? Has a bonus you took earlier expired, taking its balance with it?

If none of those explains it, we will. Live chat is staffed around the clock, seven days a week, and the team can read your deposit history and your bonus status on the same screen. Have the deposit time and amount ready and the conversation will be short. You can also email us, and our support page lists both routes along with the information worth including.

One last thing worth repeating: an offer that does not appear is never fixed by depositing again. Ask first, deposit later.

FAQ

Promo code questions

Fast answers on codes, campaigns and qualifying deposits.

Is there a VegasNow promo code for the welcome bonus?

No. There is no code for the welcome package and none is needed. Put A$20 or more into your account and the match plus the free spins for your next open step arrive on their own.

Where would I enter a code if a campaign used one?

On the deposit screen in the cashier, below your payment method, before you confirm the payment. The field only appears when a live campaign calls for it.

Are the codes listed on other websites real?

No. We publish our offers in your account and on this site only. Codes found elsewhere are either invented, copied from another operator, or bait for a page you should not sign in on.

Can I add an offer after my deposit has gone through?

No. The cashier applies an offer at the moment a deposit is processed, so a bonus cannot be attached to a payment that has already cleared. Our team can still check what happened if something looks wrong.

Do I need a code for reloads, spins or cashback?

Usually not. Our ongoing offers are claimed from the promotions area of your account, and any that ever needs a code will display it there. The bonus page covers how each type works.

What is the minimum deposit to qualify?

A$20 on every step of the welcome package. Neosurf accepts deposits from A$10, so remember to fund at least A$20 if you want the match to attach.

Does VegasNow charge anything to deposit?

Not a cent from our side. Every method on our payments page is free to use, and only the crypto networks add their own transfer fee.
